I have known Ann for many years as we both work at PHT, but have only worked alongside her for the last two years. She always wanted to get to the bottom of a problem we had with the system and spent hours running reports and testing. She was funny, happy, caring and courageous. When we speak to people around the Trust about Ann the words which are spoken most often are 'What a lovely, kind lady'. And this is how we will remember her.
